Tiffany Coleman is an experienced HR and operations leader with over 20 years in the human resources space and a deep passion for helping businesses and nonprofits thrive. As the Founder and CEO of VinTif Solutions, she oversees the company’s Grant Services and HR divisions, while also working closely with sales and marketing to support sustainable organizational growth.
With over 25 years of experience in Silicon Valley’s tech sector—including Security SaaS, Ed-Tech, manufacturing, and automotive—Tiffany brings a strong operational lens to her work. She specializes in streamlining systems, improving internal workflows, and aligning people strategies with business goals. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, HR compliance, employee relations, and grant development.
Tiffany is passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses, nonprofits and not for profit scale successfully. She takes a hands-on, tailored approach to every client engagement, offering solutions that improve organizational culture, strengthen teams, and secure critical funding. Nicole Davidson

Nicole Dianne leads VinTif Solutions’ growth and partnership efforts, building strategic relationships and expanding opportunities across all divisions. Previously serving as Funding Solutions Director for the Grant Services Division, Nicole brings extensive experience in finance, business management, and talent acquisition. She specializes in identifying and securing resources that drive growth, and her expertise in client relations, strategic planning, and business operations ensures that VinTif delivers exceptional value to partners and clients alike. Nicole’s leadership and collaborative approach make her a driving force in connecting organizations with the solutions and support they need to succeed.

Darren Quiambao
EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR, HR Division
Darren Quiambao is a senior People & Culture strategist with over 25 years of experience driving HR transformation, organizational growth, and culture-building across a broad spectrum of industries — including nonprofit, aerospace, defense technology, immersive entertainment, big data analytics, and software development. His career spans early-stage startups to global enterprises, with hands-on expertise in leading workforce expansion, M&A integration, DEI strategy, and leadership development across mission-driven organizations, high-growth environments, and complex global operations. Darren is known for aligning people strategy with business performance and delivering practical, people-first solutions that scale. As a trusted advisor to executive teams, he helps organizations evolve with clarity, agility, and lasting cultural impact.
In his current role, Darren provides strategic guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and workforce planning, ensuring that VinTif's clients have the support they need to build effective and resilient teams. Valarie Coulter
DIRECTOR OF GRANTS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Valarie Coulter began working in government grants in 2015 as a co-founder of the Vermont Motherhood Collaborative, which was invited to participate in the Promise Communities grant initiative. Since then, she has worked alongside nonprofit boards, community organizations, and local leaders to develop funding opportunities, strengthen programs, and build partnerships that support long-term community growth.
Valarie is deeply passionate about nonprofit work and the role strong organizations can play in helping communities thrive. She believes meaningful change is built through relationships, collaboration, and a clear understanding of what a community actually needs. Her work is grounded in bringing people together, connecting organizations with resources, and helping community-centered ideas become sustainable programs and projects.
As Director of Grants and Strategic Partnerships, Valarie focuses on building strong relationships with nonprofit, local, county, and statewide partners. She approaches grant development as more than securing funding. For her, it is also about strengthening organizations, creating systems of care, and building the partnerships needed to make a lasting impact.

Alicia Rodriguez
DIRECTOR OF GRANT PROGRAMS
Alicia serves as the Director of Grant Programs at VinTif Solutions, where she coordinates the firm's grant application process from planning through submission. Working closely alongside the grant writing team, she helps manage application timelines, tracks project milestones, and ensures grant packages remain organized, compliant, and on schedule for submission.
With more than 15 years of customer service and management experience, Alicia is a key resource for both clients and the grant team, helping coordinate documentation, monitor deadlines, and facilitate communication throughout the application process. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help ensure every funding opportunity progresses efficiently while maintaining VinTif's high standards of quality and compliance.
Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence, Alicia plays an essential role in keeping grant projects on track, supporting the grant writing team, and helping clients pursue funding opportunities with confidence.

Devven Leopold
Business Growth Manager
Devven Leopold serves as the Business Growth Manager for VinTif Solutions, where he is focused on expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting organizations throughout New Mexico with strategic business solutions.
In his role, Devven works directly with businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies to understand their needs and connect them with VinTif's comprehensive services, including grant development, human resources, staffing, operational consulting, and business growth strategies. He is committed to building lasting partnerships by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining regular client communication, and identifying opportunities to help organizations achieve their long-term goals.
Prior to joining VinTif Solutions, Devven built a diverse professional background in sales, customer service, operations, and leadership. His experience includes automotive sales, supervising multi-site security operations, managing workplace health and safety programs, manufacturing operations, and team training. These roles have strengthened his skills in relationship building, problem-solving, risk management, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Devven is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Western New Mexico University and is passionate about helping New Mexico businesses and organizations grow through trusted partnerships and personalized service.
