As the Founder and CEO of VinTif Solutions, she oversees the company’s Grant Services and HR divisions, while also working closely with sales and marketing to support sustainable organizational growth.

    With over 25 years of experience in Silicon Valley’s tech sector—including Security SaaS, Ed-Tech, manufacturing, and automotive—Tiffany brings a strong operational lens to her work. She specializes in streamlining systems, improving internal workflows, and aligning people strategies with business goals. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, HR compliance, employee relations, and grant development.

    Tiffany is passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses, nonprofits and not for profit scale successfully.     As Director of Grants & Programs, Vanessa oversees and manages VinTif’s grants team, ensuring high-quality grant research, writing, and submission across non-government funding opportunities. She works closely with internal leaders and clients to guide strategy, maintain compliance, and keep grant initiatives on track from start to finish.

    Her ability to navigate budgets, organize complex financial data, and lead collaborative workflows allows nonprofit partners to move through the grant process with confidence.     SR. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

    Valarie Coulter entered government grant writing in 2015 as a co founder of the Vermont Motherhood Collaborative, which was invited to participate in the Promise Communities grant initiative. Since that time, she has worked with nonprofit boards and community based organizations supporting grant development and funding efforts. Creating strong community connections and systems of care has been a consistent theme throughout Valarie’s work and life, informing how she approaches partnerships, collaboration, and long term impact. In her role as Relationship Manager, she is invested in building meaningful relationships, particularly with local, county, and statewide government partners, in support of community centered and mission driven work.

  • Lulu Flores

    APPLICATION SPECIALIST

    Lulu is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Sr. HR Generalist with over a decade of combined expertise in recruitment, administrative support, and HR operations. She has successfully managed high-volume, global hiring efforts for multinational organizations, improving efficiency and elevating the candidate experience.

    In addition to her background, Lulu has 10 years of administrative support experience, where she streamlined processes, managed workflows, and provided strong executive support. These skills now play a key role in her position as an Application Specialist at VinTif, where she supports the Grant Division by organizing submissions, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining clear communication with clients and partners.

    Known for her integrity, attention to detail, and stakeholder-focused approach, Lulu brings a well-rounded, process-driven mindset that strengthens VinTif’s client services and grant operations.
