VinTif in the Community

Building Connections. Creating Opportunities. Strengthening Communities.

At VinTif Solutions, we believe strong communities are built through meaningful connections, collaboration, and showing up for one another. Based in Deming, New Mexico, and serving clients nationwide, we're proud to participate in community events, support local and regional initiatives, and build partnerships that create opportunities and make a positive impact. Here's a look at where we've been and how we're staying connected with the communities we serve.

Connecting with Families at Deming Luna County Main Street's Trunk or Treat - October 31, 2026

VinTif joined the Halloween festivities at Deming Luna County Main Street's Trunk or Treat on Gold Avenue! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with local families, celebrate the season, and support an event that brings our community together.

Sometimes, community impact is as simple as showing up, sharing a smile, and being part of the traditions that make Deming special.

Celebrating Disability Employment Awareness Month in Deming - October 22, 2026

Our team participated in New Mexico's statewide Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM) Hiring and Resource Event in Deming. The event brought together job seekers, employers, and community organizations to promote inclusive employment opportunities and connect individuals with valuable workforce resources.

Through VinTif WorkReady, we're committed to helping remove barriers to employment and creating more opportunities for individuals of all abilities.

Advocating for Rural Workforce Solutions - October 1, 2026

VinTif Solutions was grateful to participate in the New Mexico Legislative Health & Human Services Committee meeting held in Deming.

Our Founder & CEO, Tiffany Coleman, spoke before the committee about VinTif WorkReady's recruiting and workforce services available throughout Southern New Mexico, supporting employers across all industries, including healthcare.

Tiffany highlighted our commitment to addressing rural workforce gaps, creating employment pathways for youth, individuals in reentry and recovery programs, and others facing barriers to employment. She also emphasized the importance of partnerships, internships, and workforce training.

Equally important was the opportunity to listen and learn from community members and organizations addressing challenges in healthcare, behavioral health, recovery, senior services, and transportation.

We're grateful for these conversations and remain committed to identifying where VinTif can help bridge gaps, connect resources, and strengthen our communities.

We're listening, we're learning, and we're looking for ways to make a difference
